I grew up seeing nuns in habits, but that’s not seen very often anymore here in Canada. I’ve seen many dressed in the traditional way in Italy, though.
Yes, I had the same thought in my mind as others: here, nuns do not wear habits anymore. But I have seen a “uniform” of sorts, still. A grey sweater and skirt, for example, that everyone wears. My favourite thing about this shot is the dramatic confluence of ancient tradition and the cutting edge technology together. Of course, that is why you are highlighting the shot. 🙂 Great, great capture.

Oh, really? There are still many in Italy. I have yet to talk to one. Amore says they are just normal people. 😀 Clearly technical too.
