I’m in my country of origin and my city of birth – Ljubljana, Slovenia – and as I walk the dog I keep thinking how I don’t even notice the doors around here, let alone wish to photograph them. Not that I have something against doors suddenly, but these I know yet. They are exactly where I left them.
And then along comes a bird gate, and it’s a swallow.
That’s fantastic. A work of art.
