For this week’s Friendly Friday photo challenge, hosted by Amanda, I gather couplings of diversity. Heavily represented is bestia and his various playmates.

By coincidence, of which Facebook reminded me, it was exactly on this day last year that Amanda posted her Friendly Friday post with the prompt contrast and this was my post. Today it’s odd couples and here are some from around here. I can certainly say that I like spotting diversity in a photo and otherwise. Unite!
Thank you, Amanda. 🙂 I’m glad you approve. Interesting what you say in the comment on your blog that obviously at this time of year you dwell on changes.
You dog loves art. And the one with the horse is too funny.
Now tell me, what’t with cathedrals and beasts? I never understood it. I guess there’s a story behind it.
Thanks, Bojana. This is one highly cultured dog. I must say that I don’t study or even read much about church stuff but I think it’s about scaring the Scheiss out of you so that you’re happy to be able to enter the sanctuary. They are only on the outside, you see, the gargoyles.
Another great collection from Manja! The first one with the flying gargoyles is my pick but of course it is always a great moment to see Bestia!

I loved all the animal snaps here 🙂 Bestia is such a good boy!

Thanks, Joey. He is, unless he is busy proving why we call him the Beast. 😀

Although I loved the various live animals poking their noses toward Bestia, my favorites today are those creatures jumping off the Orvieto Cathedral!

Thank you, Lexi. 🙂 Orvieto is a magical place and its Cathedral magnificent. (And I haven’t even entered it yet!)

Very nice couples indeed. My favorite are the ones with Fonzie but also the Orvieto’s one 😉
